Who we are

HardenedWeb is a brand of Centurian Solutions LLP, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect on hardenedweb.com and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, enquiry type, website address (optional), message, and the optional email address of a technical contact you choose to provide. We also record your IP address and browser user agent to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Email and WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, we receive whatever you send us, plus your email address or phone number.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To include your named technical contact in our reply, if you provided one. We never email that person before our first human reply to you.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
  • To improve the website. We do not sell personal data, send marketing newsletters without consent, or share your details with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Google Analytics).

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to past conversations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and consent

Essential technologies (such as Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection on our contact form) run without consent because the site cannot function safely without them. Optional analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight or Microsoft Clarity) load only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, none of them load. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
